Wishlist Challenge Wrap-up

Uniflame hosted this wonderful challenge so that we would get books off our wishlists.  The goal was 12, and I exceeded that (good thing too, because way more than 12 books made it on to my wishlist this year).   I kept track of 18 books, but a few more than that actually happened, which is all to the good.

  1. Five Billion Vodka Bottles to the Moon, by Iosif Shklovsky
  2. Reached, by Ally Condie
  3. The Violinist's Thumb, by Sam Kean
  4. Sex, Drugs, and Sea Slime, by Ellen Prager
  5. The Return of Captain John Emmett, by Elizabeth Speller
  6. You Can Understand the Bible, by Peter Kreeft
  7. Watching the English, by Kate Fox
  8. Great House, by Nicole Krauss
  9. Norms and Nobility, by David Hicks
  10. Shopping for a Better Country, by Josip Novakovich
  11. A Suitable Boy, by Vikram Seth
  12. The Lost Wife, by Alyson Richman
  13. Bloodlands, by Timothy Snyder
  14. The Agency: A Spy in the House, by Y. S. Lee
  15. The Book of Not, by Tsitsi Dangarembga
  16. Let's Kill Uncle, by Rohan O'Grady
  17. In Search of Ancient Ireland, by Carmel McCaffrey and Leo Eaton
  18. The Doll, by Boleslaw Prus
I started the year with 102 books on my list.  Now there are 109, so it's a good thing I got these read!  Thanks Uniflame!
